Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about provider listings, supplier matching, and sourcing guidance.
Provider Listings
How do I claim my listing?
Click "Claim Your Listing" and submit your business info and contact details. It takes under 2 minutes and doesn't require payment. Our team will verify your practice and your listing goes live once confirmed.
Is claiming a listing free?
Yes. The basic listing is completely free — no credit card required. We also offer paid tiers with additional features like lead routing, priority placement, and analytics.
What does my listing include?
Your listing includes your practice name, address, contact info, hours, the specific peptide therapies you offer, and a telehealth badge if applicable. Patients searching by state, city, or therapy type will see your listing.
How do patients find my listing?
Patients browse our directory by state and city, or search by specific peptide therapies. Your listing appears in relevant local results with your services, contact info, and a direct link to your practice.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yes. You have full control over your listing from your dashboard. You can update your hours, services, contact info, and peptide offerings at any time.
How long does verification take?
Most listings are verified within 1–2 business days. We confirm that your practice is legitimate and offers peptide therapies before your listing goes live.
Supplier Matching
What is supplier matching?
Supplier matching is a separate service where we help connect your practice with verified, FDA-registered peptide suppliers. It covers supplier vetting, compliance documentation, and cold chain fulfillment guidance.
How does the supplier-match process work?
You fill out a brief intake form about your business type, location, and sourcing needs. Our team reviews your request and provides personalized guidance on suppliers, documentation requirements, and compliance considerations specific to your business and state.
Is supplier matching free?
Yes, submitting a supplier-match request is free. We generate revenue through partnerships with qualified suppliers — you are never charged for the matching guidance itself.
Do you sell or distribute peptides?
No. PeptideSupplierMatch does not sell, distribute, or handle peptides. We provide sourcing guidance and supplier matching. All purchasing and fulfillment occurs directly between your business and the suppliers we help you identify.
How do I check the FDA status of a peptide before sourcing?
Use our FDA Status Tracker at /peptides/fda-status. It shows the current FDA classification (Approved, Category 1, Category 2, etc.) and compounding eligibility for every peptide in our database.
What is the difference between Category 1 and Category 2 peptides?
Category 1 peptides are on the FDA's interim 503A bulks list and may be compounded while under evaluation. Category 2 peptides have been identified by the FDA as presenting significant safety risks and cannot be routinely compounded by 503A pharmacies.
What states do you cover?
We provide listing and supplier matching services across all 50 US states. Peptide sourcing regulations can vary by state, which is why our state pages include state-specific context where applicable.
