By accessing and using PeptideSupplierMatch.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Service Description

PeptideSupplierMatch provides peptide supplier-match guidance for businesses, a provider discovery directory for individuals, and educational peptide therapy intelligence. We are an informational and matching platform. We do not sell, distribute, prescribe, or administer peptide products. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@peptidesuppliermatch.com.

4. No Medical Advice

All content on this Platform — including therapy profiles, dosing protocols, interaction data, and FDA status information — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any therapy. 5. No Legal Advice

Regulatory information, FDA status data, and compliance guidance provided on this Platform is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Businesses and providers should consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Medical knowledge, regulatory classifications, and provider data change frequently. Users should verify critical information through official sources such as the FDA, state medical boards, and state pharmacy boards.

7. Provider Directory

Provider listings are compiled from publicly available data sources. PeptideSupplierMatch does not:

Verify provider credentials, licenses, or qualifications
Conduct background checks on listed providers
Monitor or evaluate quality of care
Endorse, recommend, or warranty any provider
Guarantee the accuracy of contact information or service offerings

Inclusion in our directory does not constitute endorsement. You are solely responsible for verifying provider credentials with your state medical board, confirming they offer the services you seek, and checking for complaints with regulatory bodies before engaging any provider.

8. Lead Submissions & Data Sharing

Business Leads: By submitting a business lead form, you consent to being contacted by our team and by matched supplier partners regarding your sourcing needs. Your business information (name, type, contact details, sourcing needs) may be shared with matched suppliers.

Consumer Leads: By submitting a consumer provider-matching form, you explicitly consent to PeptideSupplierMatch sharing your personal information — including name, contact details, location, and peptide therapy interests — with matched providers. Only providers matched to your request will receive your information. You may withdraw consent by emailing hello@peptidesuppliermatch.com with "Withdraw Consent" in the subject line.

9. Provider Accounts & Obligations

Providers who claim listings or create accounts agree to the following additional terms:

All profile information must be accurate and current. You must update your listing promptly if information changes.
You must hold valid, active licenses in all states where you claim to practice.
You must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
Lead information received through the Platform may only be used for the purpose of responding to the consumer's inquiry. You may not sell, share, or use lead data for unrelated marketing.
You may not scrape, export, or systematically download data from the Platform.
You grant PeptideSupplierMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your profile information on the Platform.

10. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain provider features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscription terms:

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time through your dashboard billing settings or Stripe's billing portal.
Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

11. Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletters or regulatory alerts, you consent to receive marketing emails from PeptideSupplierMatch. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act:

All marketing emails clearly identify PeptideSupplierMatch as the sender.
All marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism.
We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Transactional emails (account notifications, lead alerts) are sent without separate consent as they are necessary for service operation.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
Use lead information for purposes unrelated to the matching request
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code on PeptideSupplierMatch.com are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Provider-submitted profile content remains the intellectual property of the provider, with a license granted to PeptideSupplierMatch for display purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

PeptideSupplierMatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideSupplierMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any harm, injury, or damages resulting from interactions with providers or suppliers found through the Platform
Reliance on information provided on the Platform, including FDA status, therapy data, or provider listings
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any interruption or cessation of service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to PeptideSupplierMatch in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptideSupplierMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in the state of the Platform operator's principal place of business. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent Platform notification.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
